BD Diesel Iron Horn Turbo Kit

The BD Diesel Iron Horn Turbo Kit is a bolt-on turbocharger upgrade for Cummins diesel engines in Dodge Ram trucks. It replaces the factory turbo and restrictive exhaust manifold. The result is more airflow, better efficiency and lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGT). It also lowers the high drive pressures that stress the engine. If you want a replacement turbo, a performance turbocharger or a manifold and turbo package, this kit gives you one clean upgrade.

Key Features:

• Uses a genuine BorgWarner 300-series SX-E turbocharger in place of the factory VGT or stock turbo
• High-flow T4 turbine housing
• Includes BD's Performance Plus T4 exhaust manifold with gaskets. The manifold is made of durable ductile iron.
• Designed to drop into place without extra piping, so installation is straightforward
• Configurations are available to match different power goals without hurting drivability
• Helps reduce EGT and turbo drive pressures, which supports longer engine life

The Iron Horn line pairs BorgWarner turbo technology with BD Diesel's manifold engineering. BD Diesel has built diesel performance parts for decades. The line suits daily drivers, towing rigs and street or track builds that want a dependable turbo upgrade.
