Product Details

The Flowmaster Outlaw Series Race Muffler is a universal, track-focused performance muffler built for racers who need a muffler on the car but don't have a strict decibel limit to meet. It's made to maximize horsepower and torque. It has an aggressive sound and removes very little noise. It can bolt up directly to the header collectors or be added to an existing exhaust system.

Key Features:

  • Aluminized steel construction: Durable, fully welded 16-gauge aluminized steel resists corrosion.
  • Compact round case: The round body fits in applications where space is limited.
  • No internal packing: Sound attenuation rings take the place of packing material. There is no packing to blow out.
  • Performance design: Reflection-style, center-inlet and center-outlet layout built to support maximum power on the track.
  • Race-ready sound: Minimal decibel reduction for racing classes where a muffler is required but no sound limit applies.
  • Directional design: The internal rings lean toward the outlet, so the muffler must be installed facing the correct way.

This is a universal race muffler, not a direct-fit part. Some adaptation is required, and new hangers are needed. It is intended for racing use only. Choose the child option that matches your inlet and outlet size and body length.
