EMPI CV Joint Boot Silicone with Clamps

The EMPI silicone CV joint boot with clamps (also called a CV axle boot, constant velocity boot or axle boot) is a replacement part that seals the CV joint. It keeps grease in and keeps dirt, water and road debris out. A torn or worn boot lets the joint lose lubricant and take in contaminants. Replacing it promptly can help you avoid replacing the whole axle.

Key Features:

• Silicone construction for flexibility and resistance to heat and cracking
• Clamps included to secure the boot at both ends of the joint
• Flexible design that moves with the axle through suspension travel and steering angles
• Replacement boot that costs far less than a new CV axle or joint
• Part of EMPI's range of CV boots and driveline components for VW, dune buggy, off-road and other applications

EMPI has supplied aftermarket VW, off-road and performance parts for many years. Select the child item that matches your application to get the correct boot for your axle.
