Arlen Ness Split Spoke Rim Black Contrast Cut Wheel

The Arlen Ness Split Spoke Forged Wheel is a custom motorcycle rim (also called a split-spoke forged billet wheel) built for riders who want lightweight strength and a bold look. Each wheel is cut from radial forged 6061-T6 billet aluminum. It has a CNC-sculpted design that is engineered and tested for strength.

Key Features:

• Precision CNC machined from aerospace-grade radial forged 6061-T6 aluminum
• Triangulated split-spoke design with a strong strength-to-weight ratio
• Machined detail is placed where it adds depth and strength
• Smooth rolled rim lip with a CNC perimeter cut for reduced weight and style
• Accepts Arlen Ness cartridge-type wheel hubs
• Quality control checks radial and lateral runout accuracy
• Structurally tested to meet or exceed DOT, JAS and TUV international load ratings
• Laser-engraved Arlen Ness logo

Arlen Ness has been a leading name in custom motorcycle styling for decades. This wheel line combines forged construction with a distinctive design. The reduced weight can help with handling and throttle response. The wheel is sold as a rim only. It requires a separate Arlen Ness cartridge hub kit that matches your application.
