Arlen Ness Motorcycle Rim Red Wheel

Arlen Ness forged motorcycle wheels (also called custom motorcycle rims) bring show-quality styling and race-inspired engineering to your build. Arlen Ness has designed and manufactured custom motorcycle parts in California since 1970. This wheel line reflects that custom-bike heritage.

Key Features:

• Precision CNC machined from radial forged 6061-T6 aluminum for a strong, lightweight profile
• High-level CNC machined detail with bold, custom spoke designs
• Anodized finish for a rich, durable look
• Structurally tested to meet or exceed DOT, JAS and TUV international load ratings
• Designed for accurate radial and lateral runout
• Accepts Ness cartridge-type hub designs and standard hub-mount rotors, and Ness rotor adapters are a recommended option

Forged construction can reduce rotational and unsprung weight compared to typical cast wheels. Lower weight helps steering response and handling. Whether you are building a cruiser, bagger or full custom, these wheels give your motorcycle a distinctive look backed by Arlen Ness engineering and testing.
