Arlen Ness Y-Spoke Forged Wheel

The Arlen Ness Y-Spoke Forged Wheel is a custom motorcycle wheel (also called a Y-spoke forged rim) built for riders who want a distinctive look without giving up strength. Each wheel is CNC-machined from radial-forged 6061-T6 aluminum. The Y-spoke design is a recognizable Arlen Ness style for cruiser and bagger builds.

Key Features:

• Radial-forged 6061-T6 aluminum: gives a high strength-to-weight ratio and road durability, and helps reduce unsprung weight compared with heavier cast designs.
• CNC-machined Y-spoke design: detailed machining runs from the center of the hub out to the rim edge for a clean, custom appearance.
• Rolled rim lip: adds a finished custom look around the edge of the wheel.
• Precision machining: keeps the wheel accurate and consistent.

Arlen Ness has long been a leading name in custom V-twin parts. This wheel line combines forged-aluminum construction with show-quality styling. Choose the child option that matches your build.
