Facet Heated Oxygen Sensor - Lambda Sensor

The Facet Heated Oxygen Sensor, also called a lambda sensor or O2 sensor, measures the oxygen content in a vehicle's exhaust stream. It sends that data to the engine control unit (ECU), which uses it to fine-tune the air-fuel mixture. Accurate readings help the engine run efficiently, keep emissions down, and keep fuel economy where it should be.

Key Features:

• Heated sensing element reaches operating temperature quickly, so the engine can enter closed-loop control sooner after a cold start
• Provides a reliable signal to the engine management system for precise fuel metering
• Helps keep exhaust emissions and catalytic converter performance within design targets
• Built to meet the quality standards expected of an aftermarket replacement part
• Designed as a direct replacement for the original sensor, with a connector and harness matched to its application

Why Replace Your Oxygen Sensor:

Oxygen sensors wear over time. Contamination and age can cause slow response or inaccurate readings. Common signs of a failing sensor include a check engine light, poor fuel economy, rough idle, hesitation, and failed emissions tests. Replacing a worn lambda sensor can restore proper engine management, protect the catalytic converter, and bring back efficient performance.
