Lochinvar PVC Concentric Vent Termination Kit

The Lochinvar PVC Concentric Vent Termination Kit (also called a concentric vent kit or concentric combustion air and vent termination) is an optional accessory for Lochinvar condensing boilers and water heaters. It combines the exhaust vent and the combustion air intake in one wall or roof penetration. The result is a cleaner installation with fewer holes cut in the structure.

Key Features:

• Concentric design routes combustion air and flue gases through a single termination point
• Made of PVC for use with direct-vent condensing appliances
• Works for both sidewall and vertical (roof) terminations
• Includes a Y concentric fitting and a rain cap, plus a screen and an instruction sheet, as documented by Lochinvar for the kit
• Listed to ANSI Z223.1 and CSA B149.1 standards
• Designed and offered by Lochinvar as an optional termination for its appliances

Both the combustion air pipe and the vent pipe must connect to the termination kit. The kit must terminate outside the structure. Installation uses field-supplied pipe and fittings, along with PVC cleaner and cement. Follow the Lochinvar installation instructions and local codes for clearances and vent lengths.

This kit is a good fit when you want a neat, code-compliant direct-vent termination from a manufacturer-supplied part.
