Belimo Ohm Feedback Potentiometer for Actuators

The Belimo ohm feedback potentiometer (also called a damper position feedback potentiometer) is an add-on accessory for Belimo damper actuators and rotary actuators. It sends back a resistive signal that follows the actuator position. HVAC controllers and indicators can use that signal for modulating damper control.

Key Features:

• Position feedback: Works with controllers that use fixed feedback. It can also drive damper position indication systems or act as a positioner for actuators running in parallel.
• Simple direct mounting: It attaches directly to the shaft clamp on damper actuators or to the position indication on rotary actuators. Guiding grooves between the housing and the actuator give a tight, sealing fit.
• Positive transfer of position: A carrier plate locks onto the shaft clamp or position indicator. It passes the actuator position straight to the potentiometer.
• Electrical performance: Tolerance is ±5%, linearity is ±2%, and loading capacity is a maximum of 1 W.
• Ready to wire: Comes with a halogen-free 3 x 0.75 mm² connection cable, about 3 ft (1 m) long.
• Durable housing: The grey housing has an IP54 degree of protection. It operates from -22 to 122°F (-30 to 50°C) and is maintenance-free.
• Approvals: Protection class III (safety extra-low voltage). Certified to IEC/EN 60730-1 and IEC/EN 60730-2-14, with cULus listing.
