Belimo High Temperature Control Valve Cv with Actuator

The Belimo High Temperature Characterized Control Valve (HTCCV) with actuator is a rotary ball-style control valve for precise flow control of high temperature hot water and low pressure steam. It is also sold as a high temp water/steam control valve or an HVAC coil control valve. It is supplied as a valve with a factory-fitted rotary actuator, so it is ready to mount and wire into a building automation or HVAC control system.

Key Features:

• Characterized disc design: Combines the high close-off ability of a ball valve with a specialized disc that gives an equal percentage flow characteristic.
• Bubble-tight shutoff: Helps prevent energy loss and reduce operating costs.
• High temperature capability: Built for high temperature hot water and low pressure steam. It can also handle glycol mixtures of up to 60%.
• Stainless steel trim: Gives durability in demanding thermal service.
• Rotary actuator control: The actuator accepts standard control signals and moves the ball to the position the control system calls for. Control options include on/off, modulating and floating point, depending on the model.
• Wide Cv range: Suits applications such as air handlers, heating and cooling coils, fan coil units, unit ventilators and VAV reheat coils.

Belimo is a well-known maker of HVAC actuators, valves and sensors. This product line gives accurate, responsive temperature control in commercial heating systems and is a dependable choice for new installations or replacements.
