Namura Technologies High Performance Hypereutectic Piston Kit

The Namura Technologies High Performance Hypereutectic Piston Kit is a replacement piston kit for powersports engines, including ATVs, UTVs and motorcycles. It lets you refresh the top end by replacing the piston instead of the whole cylinder. That usually costs less and takes less time. Each kit is a direct replacement for the original equipment piston, so no modifications are needed.

Key Features:

• Hypereutectic casting: The alloy has a higher silicon content. This reduces expansion rates, adds wear resistance and helps the piston handle higher cylinder temperatures.
• MOS2-coated skirts: The molybdenum disulfide (Teflon/molybdenum) coating is rolled on. It improves heat transfer, reduces friction and helps prevent cold seizures.
• Machined smooth heads: The smooth crown reflects combustion heat and reduces carbon buildup, which protects the top of the piston.
• Hard anodized domes: Anodizing increases heat resistance and durability.
• OEM-quality rings: The rings come packed in their own box.
• Complete installation hardware: The kit includes the piston, rings, wrist pin and circlips.

Namura Technologies pistons offer higher-performance construction at a budget-friendly price. They suit routine engine rebuilds and top-end refreshes. Standard, oversize and high-compression options are available across the line.
