Zimmermann Front Vented Perforated Brake Disc

Zimmermann front vented perforated brake discs (also called drilled brake rotors) are made to restore stopping performance and braking feel. The internally vented design helps move heat away from the friction surfaces. The perforated surface helps clear water, gas and brake dust from between the pad and rotor.

Key Features:

• Vented construction: Internal cooling vanes improve heat dissipation during repeated or heavy braking.
• Perforated friction surface: Cross-drilled holes help reduce gas and water build-up for more consistent pad contact in wet conditions.
• Quality materials: Cast from high-grade iron to provide durable, even braking performance.
• Precision manufacturing: Machined for balance and run-out control, which helps reduce vibration and pedal pulsation.
• Corrosion protection: Many Zimmermann discs have a protective coating on non-friction areas to help prevent rust during storage and in service.

Zimmermann is a German brake specialist known for supplying both the aftermarket and the original-equipment market. Each disc is designed for a precise fit and reliable day-to-day braking. For best results, replace the brake pads at the same time and replace discs as an axle set.
