MEYLE HD Front Control Arm Tension Strut

The MEYLE HD Front Control Arm Tension Strut (also called a strut rod, radius arm or tension rod) is a heavy-duty replacement suspension part. It helps hold the front control arm and wheel in the correct position under braking and acceleration. This keeps the wheel alignment and steering response consistent.

Key Features:

• MEYLE HD (Heavy Duty) design, engineered as an upgrade over standard original-equipment parts
• Reinforced construction and improved bushing and joint components for a longer service life
• Helps control wheel movement for stable braking and precise steering
• Helps reduce vibration, noise and uneven tire wear caused by worn tension struts
• Designed to match the original part's form and function for a straightforward installation

MEYLE is a German aftermarket parts brand known for its HD range, which targets weak points found in original-equipment designs. Replacing a worn tension strut restores suspension geometry and ride quality. It is best done as part of a complete front-end inspection, followed by a wheel alignment.
