Valeo Clutch Pressure Plate Assembly

The Valeo Clutch Pressure Plate Assembly (also called a clutch cover or pressure plate) is a key part of a manual transmission clutch system. It clamps the clutch disc against the flywheel to transfer engine torque to the transmission. When the driver releases the pedal, it lets the disc go so the vehicle can shift cleanly. Valeo is a long-standing OE supplier of clutch components, and this product line is built for smooth engagement and reliable day-to-day driving.

Key Features:

• Complete assembly with a cover, diaphragm spring and pressure ring, ready to install
• Designed to apply consistent clamp load for dependable torque transfer and smooth pedal feel
• Diaphragm spring design helps provide progressive engagement and steady release
• Built to OE-style quality standards for durability and long service life
• Suited to replacing a worn, slipping or noisy pressure plate during clutch service

For best results, replace the pressure plate together with the clutch disc and release bearing, and resurface or replace the flywheel as needed. Matching these parts helps the new clutch last longer and perform better.
