Carrier Non-Fused Electric Heater

The Carrier Non-Fused Electric Heater Kit line (also called electric heat kits or auxiliary heat strips) adds electric resistance heat to compatible Carrier air handlers and fan coil systems. It works as supplemental or emergency heat for a heat pump, or as a primary heat source in a split-system installation.

Key Features:

• Non-fused design: The installer supplies overcurrent protection externally, which allows flexibility to meet local electrical code requirements.
• Resistance heating elements: They provide dependable auxiliary heat during low ambient temperatures or periods of peak heating demand.
• Factory-matched OEM fit: Genuine Carrier heater kits are designed to be compatible with Carrier HVAC equipment and its control system.
• Multiple capacities: Several kilowatt ratings and electrical configurations are offered, so you can match the kit to your system.
• Straightforward installation: Each kit is installed following the instructions provided with the heater.

Carrier is a long-established name in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. These heater kits suit residential and light commercial applications that need consistent supplemental heating capacity. Confirm the correct kit for your air handler against the manufacturer's documentation.
