OE Aftermarket Throttle Position Sensor TPS

The OE Aftermarket Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) is a replacement throttle position sensor. It monitors the angle of the throttle plate and sends that information to the engine control module (ECM/PCM). The control module uses this signal to manage fuel delivery, ignition timing, idle control and transmission shift behavior. It is also known as a throttle sensor or throttle angle sensor.

Key Features:

• Replacement throttle position sensor that reports throttle opening to the engine computer
• Helps support smooth acceleration, stable idle and efficient fuel metering
• Direct-replacement design intended to restore original sensor function
• Available under individual part numbers within this product line

Signs of a Failing Throttle Position Sensor:

• Rough or unstable idle
• Hesitation or surging during acceleration
• Poor fuel economy
• Unexpected stalling
• Check engine light with throttle position sensor fault codes

Replacing a worn or faulty TPS can help restore drivability and engine response. Choose the part number that matches your application from the options listed on this page.
