Speedmaster Aluminum Cylinder Head - CNC Bare

Speedmaster CNC bare aluminum cylinder heads are built for engine builders who want better airflow and more power from a performance or street/strip engine. Each bare aluminum head is CNC-machined and sold as a bare casting, so you can choose your own valves, springs, retainers and rocker components.

Key Features:

• Aluminum construction: Aluminum is lighter than cast iron and sheds heat well.
• CNC-machined ports: CNC machining of the intake and exhaust runners gives consistent port shapes. The goal is better airflow, throttle response and top-end horsepower across the RPM range.
• Bare design: The head comes without valves, springs, retainers, locks, seals or rocker arms. You can build it to match your cam and your application.
• Machined valve seats and guides: Bare heads are generally supplied with machined valve seats and bronze valve guides. This varies by part number, so check the individual listing.
• Natural finish: The raw aluminum finish is ready for assembly.
• Range of options: Speedmaster offers heads with different intake runner volumes, combustion chamber volumes and spark plug styles.

Speedmaster cylinder heads suit enthusiasts and engine builders who want a machined aluminum head and want to choose their own valvetrain components. Choose the specific part number that matches your engine and build requirements.
