Speedmaster Chrome Oil Pan Chevy SBC RMS

The Speedmaster Chrome Oil Pan for Small Block Chevy (SBC) engines is a replacement or upgrade engine oil pan that dresses up the engine bay and does the job of the stock pan. It serves as the oil reservoir for the lubrication system. It holds the oil the engine needs while running, plus a reserve, and helps cool the oil through contact with the surrounding air.

Key Features:

• Steel construction with a bright chrome finish for a polished, show-style look
• Wet sump design with a rear sump location
• Available for SBC blocks with either a 1-piece or 2-piece rear main seal (RMS). Choose the version that matches your block, because the two designs are not interchangeable
• Built-in dipstick provision
• Internal baffling on select versions to help control oil movement
• Sold individually. Gaskets, hardware, pickup and windage tray are not included

Speedmaster offers this oil pan in several configurations, so you can match the rear main seal style, dipstick side and oil capacity to your engine build. It suits street rods, restorations, muscle cars and performance street builds that need a clean, finished look.
