Auveco Peel-Type Rivets

Auveco peel-type rivets, also called peel rivets or blind rivets, are made for automotive applications where you can only reach one side of the panel or assembly. Each rivet has an aluminum body and a mandrel. You set it from one side with a compatible Auveco rivet tool and nose piece. The rivet body flares out into petal-like segments behind the workpiece. This gives a secure, low-profile hold that suits door handles, door lock actuators, window regulators and similar assemblies.

Key Features:

• Aluminum rivet body paired with a steel or aluminum mandrel, depending on the part number
• Blind installation that needs access to only one side of the work
• Peel-type design that spreads the clamping load over a wider area behind the panel
• Wide flange for a firm seat against the workpiece
• Several grip ranges across the line, so you can match the rivet to the material thickness
• OEM cross-reference for many Ford, GM and Chrysler assembly rivets, listed on each individual part number
