GPD A/C Compressor Kit with Accumulator Drier and Expansion Valve

The GPD A/C Compressor Kit with accumulator drier (also called a receiver drier or filter drier) and expansion valve is built to restore cooling performance to a failed automotive air conditioning system. Global Parts Distributors (GPD) has supplied aftermarket A/C and thermal management parts since 1974. Its compressor kits bundle the key parts of the refrigerant circuit into one application-specific package.

Key Features:

• A/C compressor: pressurizes and circulates refrigerant through the system.
• Accumulator / filter drier: removes moisture and contaminants from the refrigerant circuit to help protect system components.
• Expansion valve or expansion device: regulates refrigerant flow into the evaporator for efficient cooling.
• O-ring and gasket seal kit: supplies the seals needed for leak-free connections.
• Application-specific engineering: each kit is matched to its system's design. Contents can vary by part number.

Replacing the compressor without servicing the drier, expansion device and seals is a common cause of repeat A/C failures. Replacing them together refreshes the whole refrigerant circuit at once. This also helps you complete the repair correctly the first time.
