Spectra Intercooler

Spectra Premium intercoolers, also sold as charge air coolers or turbocharger intercoolers, cool the compressed air leaving the turbocharger before it reaches the engine. Cooler intake air is denser, so the engine gets more oxygen for combustion. That helps restore power output and efficiency and reduces the risk of heat-related detonation.

Key Features:

• Built to OE cooling specifications, with OE form, fit and function for direct-replacement installation
• Welded tube design that minimizes pressure drop and maximizes heat dissipation
• Aluminum construction, with tubes, fins and internal fins that add strength and heat transfer
• End tanks welded to the core for a durable assembly
• Each unit is leak tested and pressure tested for quality
• Premium grade materials for long-term durability under boost pressure

Spectra Premium is a North American aftermarket manufacturer of cooling system and fuel system components, founded in 1989. It builds on OE engineering expertise. Choose a Spectra Premium intercooler to maintain consistent performance in turbocharged and supercharged engines.
