Spectra Mass Air Flow Sensor with Platinum RTD

The Spectra Premium Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor with Platinum RTD measures the air entering the engine. The ECU uses that reading to calculate the right fuel delivery. Each sensor is a direct-fit replacement for the OE mass air flow sensor. It helps restore smooth idle, responsive acceleration and good fuel efficiency.

Key Features:

• Programmable ceramic circuit board: The board has a premium-grade silicon coating. The coating protects against severe under-hood temperature swings and road vibration.
• Platinum resistance thermometer (RTD) sensing: The all-platinum RTD sensors give faster signal response and more consistent readings.
• Optimized circuit design: The design supports accurate airflow measurement across a range of operating conditions.
• OE-style replacement: Each sensor is engineered to match the form and function of the original part it replaces.
• Durable construction: It is built to hold up in demanding engine-bay environments.

A worn or contaminated MAF sensor can cause rough idle, hesitation, poor fuel economy and a check engine light. Replacing it with a Spectra Premium mass air flow sensor (also called a MAF sensor or air flow meter) helps return the engine management system to proper operation. Spectra Premium has built its reputation on quality and craftsmanship in aftermarket automotive parts.
