Gates Male JIC 37° Flare Hydraulic Adapter

Gates Male JIC 37° Flare Hydraulic Adapters connect hydraulic hoses, tubing and components in high-pressure fluid power systems. They are also called JIC fittings, SAE 37° flare adapters or male JIC hydraulic fittings. Each adapter has a male JIC end with straight threads and a 37° flare seat. Gates is a long-established name in hydraulic hose and couplings.

Key Features:

• 37° flare seat: The seal is made on the flare seat, which is the standard SAE seat angle for high-pressure hydraulic tubing.
• Straight-thread male JIC end: It mates with a female JIC 37° flare connection.
• Steel construction: Steel is a common material for hydraulic fittings and suits demanding hydraulic service.
• Gates quality: Gates makes couplings and adapters as part of its wider hydraulic hose and fitting range.
• Many configurations: The line includes adapters that go from male JIC to other thread or connection types.

Installation Notes:

• Some JIC thread sizes match SAE 45° flare threads. Check the seat angle before you assemble the fittings.
• Use only with compatible hoses and follow the recommended torque values.

These adapters suit agricultural, construction, industrial and heavy equipment hydraulic systems. Choose the child item that matches your thread size and connection type.
