ACDelco Intercooler Charge Air Temperature Sensor

The ACDelco Intercooler Charge Air Temperature Sensor (also called a charge air temperature sensor or intercooler temperature sensor) measures the temperature of the air in a turbocharged or supercharged engine's intake charge path. It sends that reading to the engine control module (ECM).

Key Features:

• Monitors charge air temperature after the turbocharger and intercooler
• Gives the ECM the data it uses to help manage fuel delivery, boost control and ignition timing
• Helps maintain engine performance, drivability and efficiency
• Supplied by ACDelco, a General Motors parts brand
• Available in multiple part numbers within this product line

A faulty charge air temperature sensor can contribute to poor performance, reduced fuel economy or a check engine light. Replacing it restores accurate temperature readings for the engine management system.
