ACDelco GM Original Equipment Ambient Air Temperature Sensor

The ACDelco GM Original Equipment Ambient Air Temperature Sensor (also called an outside air temperature sensor or ambient temperature sensor) measures the temperature of the air outside the vehicle. It sends that reading to the vehicle's climate control system and instrument cluster.

Key Features:

• GM Original Equipment part from ACDelco, GM's official parts brand
• Supplies outside temperature data to the HVAC system so it can regulate cabin temperature
• Supports the outside temperature display in the instrument cluster or driver information center
• Built to meet GM's original equipment standards for fit, function and durability
• Plug-in electrical connection designed for straightforward replacement

A failing ambient air temperature sensor can cause an inaccurate outside temperature display or erratic automatic climate control behavior. Replacing it with a GM Original Equipment ACDelco sensor restores accurate readings and dependable HVAC performance.
