Motorad Coolant Chiller Assembly

The Motorad Coolant Chiller Assembly (also called a battery chiller or chiller assembly) is a heat exchanger that cools engine or battery coolant. It uses the vehicle's A/C refrigerant circuit while keeping the coolant and refrigerant fully separate. Motorad designs and calibrates each chiller to maximize heat transfer, so cooling stays efficient in hot weather and under vibration.

Key Features:

• Designed and calibrated for high heat-transfer efficiency and strong cooling performance
• Built to meet or exceed OE specifications for fit, form, and function
• Made from OEM-approved materials for durability in extreme temperatures and vibration
• 100% factory flow tested for a leak-free design well above operating pressures, with the coolant and refrigerant circuits isolated from each other
• Includes the essential components for each application for easy installation and out-of-the-box performance
• Electronics are tested for salt spray, high and low temperature impact, thermal vibration, durability, static electricity, and micro tension
• Manufactured in ISO TS16949 certified facilities

Motorad is an OE supplier known for quality thermal management parts. Its coolant chillers are a dependable replacement for worn or leaking units in the cooling and thermal management system.
