CRP Intake Manifold Adjusting Unit DISA Valve

The CRP Intake Manifold Adjusting Unit, also called a DISA valve or intake manifold runner control valve, is a replacement part for the variable intake system on many European gasoline engines. It changes the effective length of the intake runners as engine speed changes. This helps the engine make good low-end torque and strong top-end power.

Key Features:

• Replaces the original DISA valve or intake manifold flap adjusting unit
• Helps restore smooth idle, throttle response, and even power delivery
• Helps prevent rough running, power loss, and poor fuel economy caused by a worn or sticking valve
• Made to meet or exceed OE form, fit, and function
• Backed by CRP, a supplier of European vehicle replacement parts

A failing DISA valve can cause a check engine light, rough idle, hesitation, or a rattling noise from the intake. Replacing it restores proper intake manifold tuning. Each part number in this line is made for a specific application, so choose the variant that matches your OE part number.
