Stabilus Lift Support Gas Spring Hatch Shock

Stabilus lift supports are gas springs, also called gas struts, hatch shocks or trunk lid lift supports. They hold a trunk lid, liftgate, hatch or hood open and help control how it opens and closes. Stabilus is a well-known maker of gas spring technology, and these supports are designed to the same standards as its OE-quality products.

Key Features:

• Pressurized gas spring design that helps lift the panel and holds it open
• Dampened motion for smooth, controlled operation
• Replaces worn lift supports that let the panel sag or fall
• Corrosion-resistant finish and sealed construction for durability
• End fittings are designed to connect to the vehicle's mounting points
• Usually a straightforward replacement with basic hand tools

Replacing worn gas struts restores easy, hands-free access to the cargo area. Select the child item that matches your application to get the correct part.
