HPS Performance Products Aluminum Cold Side Charge Pipe Kit

The HPS Performance Products Aluminum Cold Side Charge Pipe Kit line gives turbocharged engines a stronger, smoother intercooler piping path. Each kit is a direct replacement or performance upgrade for the factory cold side charge pipe, also called the intercooler pipe or boost pipe. Factory cold side pipes are often made of plastic or restrictive materials that can crack, leak or fail under boost.

Key Features:

• Mandrel-bent aluminum construction: HPS builds these pipes from aircraft-grade 6061 aluminum tubing. The smooth bends give better air flow and less restriction than many stock designs.
• Helps reduce boost leaks: The pipes are built to hold up to high temperatures and boost pressure. Many kits have bead-rolled pipe ends that help keep couplers from popping off under boost.
• Quality couplers and clamps: Kits are designed to include HPS high-temperature, oil-resistant, 4-ply reinforced silicone couplers. They also include 100% stainless steel clamps, such as embossed or T-bolt styles, for a leak-free seal.
• Better throttle response: A more efficient charge air path helps reduce turbo lag and improves throttle response and acceleration.
• Bolt-on installation: Kits are engineered to fit with simple hand tools and no modification. Most don't need an ECU retune. A digital installation guide is included.
• Lighter than stock: The aluminum pipes weigh less than many factory pipes.

Some applications also include extras such as a CNC-machined billet flange or a 1/8" NPT bung for sensors, methanol injection or nitrous. Each kit is designed for a specific application, so use the individual item listings to choose the finish and fitment you need.
