Walker Products Cam/Crank Position Sensor OE Replacement

The Walker Products Cam/Crank Position Sensor is an OE replacement camshaft and crankshaft position sensor. It is designed to restore accurate engine timing signals to the engine control module (ECM/PCM). These sensors are also called crank sensors, cam sensors, CKP sensors and CMP sensors.

Key Features:

• OE-style replacement designed to match the form, fit and function of the original sensor
• Monitors camshaft or crankshaft position and speed and sends that data to the engine computer
• Helps the engine computer time fuel injection and ignition accurately
• Supports smooth starting, steady idle and consistent engine performance
• Typically supplied with the connector or pigtail style needed for a direct-fit installation, depending on the application

A failing position sensor can cause hard starting, a no-start condition, stalling, rough running, hesitation or a check engine light. Replacing a worn or faulty sensor with a Walker Products OE replacement helps restore reliable engine operation. Walker Products is a long-established supplier of ignition, emissions and engine management components for the aftermarket.
