VEMO A/C Heater Flap Motor Actuator

The VEMO A/C heater flap motor actuator, also called a HVAC blend door actuator or heater flap servo motor, controls the flaps inside the climate control housing. These flaps direct airflow and regulate temperature, air distribution, and fresh or recirculated air mode. A reliable actuator keeps the cabin comfortable year-round.

Key Features:

• Replaces worn or failed heater and A/C flap actuators
• Precisely positions blend, mix, and air distribution flaps for accurate temperature control
• Designed to match the form, fit, and function of the original component
• Built to meet VEMO's quality standards for aftermarket replacement parts
• Supports consistent HVAC operation and defrost performance

Signs of a failing actuator: clicking or tapping noises from behind the dash, air that stays hot or cold regardless of the setting, or airflow that does not change direction. Replacing the actuator restores normal climate control operation.
