Dayco Aramid Cord Poly Rib Serpentine Belt

The Dayco Aramid Cord Poly Rib Serpentine Belt is a multi-rib drive belt (also called a serpentine belt, poly-V belt or accessory drive belt). It transfers engine power to accessories such as the alternator, water pump, power steering pump and air conditioning compressor. Dayco builds the belt with aramid tensile cords for dependable performance in demanding engine environments.

Key Features:

• Aramid cord construction: High-strength, low-stretch tensile cords help the belt hold its tension and keep accessories turning at the right speed.
• Poly-rib design: Multiple longitudinal ribs grip the pulleys for smooth, quiet power transfer and let the belt run around small-diameter pulleys.
• Durable rubber compound: The compound is made to resist heat, oil, cracking and wear over a long service life.
• Dimensional consistency: Precise manufacturing helps the belt fit properly and run in alignment.
• Trusted brand: Dayco is a long-established supplier of belts and engine drive components to the automotive aftermarket.

Replacing a worn serpentine belt helps prevent slipping, squealing, accessory failure and unexpected breakdowns. Choose the correct belt for your application from the available variants.
