Dayco Demanding Drive Serpentine Belt Kit

The Dayco Demanding Drive Serpentine Belt Kit is a complete serpentine belt drive component kit for engines whose accessory drives are prone to noise, belt wear, and premature component failure. Dayco engineered these kits as an improvement over the original design. They combine the key front-end accessory drive parts in one box, so you can refresh the whole belt drive at once instead of replacing a single worn part.

Key Features:

• Poly-V serpentine belt: Made with advanced manufacturing processes and specially designed compounds to help keep the drive quiet and durable.
• Premium belt tensioner: Uses flat spring technology to help keep proper belt tension.
• Idler pulley: Included where the application calls for it, to support smooth belt travel and complete the drive system.
• Application-specific engineering: Each kit is built for a specific problem drive and is intended to restore a safe, reliable, noise-free belt drive.
• OE-grade quality: Designed to match or improve on original equipment performance.

Replacing the belt, tensioner, and pulley components together helps address squeal, rattle, and uneven belt wear. It also saves you from repeating the repair when one worn part is replaced and another fails soon after. Choose the specific kit number for your application from the variants listed on this page.
