Dayco Small ID Molded Heater Hose

The Dayco Small I.D. Molded Heater Hose is a replacement coolant hose for applications where the original hose is a molded design with a small inner diameter (1 inch I.D. or smaller). Each hose is made with the same bends and routing as the original equipment assembly. This molded shape removes the need for extra hose sections and clamps and helps the hose fit and route correctly.

Key Features:

• Molded to match OE bends and routing for a precise, direct-fit replacement
• Synthetic EPDM construction resists coolants, environmental elements and temperature swings
• Knitted reinforcement gives high strength and helps the hose resist collapse
• Operating temperature range of -40°F to +257°F (-40°C to +125°C)
• Meets SAE J20R3 Class D-1 requirements
• Designed to meet Type EC electro-chemical requirements per SAE J1684, which helps guard against inner tube deterioration
• Quick-connect ends are assembled onto the hose on applications where the OE hose uses them, for faster installation

Dayco is a long-established name in belts, hoses and engine cooling components. This heater hose is a dependable choice for restoring proper coolant flow to the heater core and the rest of the HVAC system.
