Dayco ELA Poly Rib Serpentine Belt

The Dayco ELA Poly Rib Serpentine Belt is an OE-style stretch serpentine belt (also called a multi-rib or accessory drive belt). It is made for vehicles that use a self-tensioning, stretch-fit belt drive. It is designed for two- to four-point drives on light-duty vehicles that have no automatic or manual tensioner. The belt stretches during installation, then holds the tension needed to drive engine accessories.

Key Features:

• Stretch-fit ELA construction: The belt has the elasticity needed for specific OE drives that were designed around a stretch belt.
• Polyamide tensile cord: The cord allows the high elongation needed for installation. It also keeps proper tension to carry accessory loads.
• EPDM rib and cushion rubber: A wear-resistant EPDM rib material is paired with a highly elastic EPDM cushion rubber. Together they provide adhesion, flexibility and lasting performance.
• Multi-rib design: The ribs give good belt-to-pulley contact for reliable power transmission to the alternator, water pump, power steering pump, A/C compressor and other accessories.
• Quality you can trust: Dayco is a long-time OE supplier and the originator of the multi-ribbed belt.

The belt is a direct-fit replacement for worn, cracked or glazed original stretch belts. It helps restore quiet, dependable accessory drive operation. Select the correct belt length and rib count for your application from the variants listed on this page.
