USA Standard Gear Master Overhaul Kit Dana Super

The USA Standard Gear Master Overhaul Kit for Dana Super differentials is a complete differential rebuild kit (also called a differential install kit or master bearing kit). It puts the parts needed for a ring and pinion installation or axle rebuild under one part number. That helps you finish the job with confidence.

Key Features:

• Uses Koyo bearings and races, a respected name in differential bearings
• Covers the wear items in a differential rebuild, including carrier bearings and races and pinion bearings and races
• Includes a pinion seal and a complete shim kit for setting up gear position and bearing preload
• Includes ring gear bolts and a pinion nut, plus a crush sleeve and oil baffles and slingers where the application calls for them
• Includes thread locker, marking compound with brush, and a gasket for assembly and gear pattern checks
• Some applications also include axle seals

Kit contents can vary by application, so check the specific kit you select. USA Standard Gear builds its range of differential rebuild and install kits for a wide variety of axle assemblies. Options run from basic mini kits to full master overhaul kits. Choosing a master overhaul kit lets you replace the bearings, seals and shims in one pass, so you can rebuild the differential properly.
