USA Standard Gear Manual Transmission Fork Pads

USA Standard Gear manual transmission fork pads are replacement shift fork pads (also called fork inserts or shift fork wear pads) for manual transmission rebuilds. They are the contact surface between the shift fork and the synchronizer sleeve. Worn pads can cause sloppy shifting, noise and uneven wear, so replacing them helps restore smooth, precise gear engagement.

Key Features:

• Replacement fork pads for a range of popular manual transmission families
• Machined construction for a consistent fit and finish
• Brass construction on select applications
• Helps restore proper shift fork contact and shift feel during a rebuild
• Backed by USA Standard Gear, a brand that supplies transmission, differential and general replacement parts

USA Standard Gear builds and remanufactures manual transmission components and puts them through a quality control inspection. Fork pads are a low-cost wear item, so replacing them during a transmission overhaul is a practical way to protect the shift forks and synchronizer sleeves.
