GPD HVAC Thermistor Temperature Sensor

The GPD HVAC thermistor temperature sensor is a replacement part for automotive heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. It is also sold as an HVAC temperature sensor, evaporator temperature sensor, or ambient and cabin air temperature sensor. The sensor measures air or component temperature and sends that reading to the climate control module. The module uses it to regulate heating and cooling output.

Key Features:

• Thermistor-based sensing element that changes electrical resistance as temperature changes
• Gives the climate control system temperature data it needs to maintain comfort settings
• Helps protect against evaporator freeze-up and supports consistent A/C performance
• Built as a replacement for the original component, so it fits and works like the original
• Available in multiple configurations. Select the correct child item for your application.

A faulty HVAC temperature sensor can cause inconsistent cabin temperatures, poor A/C or heater response, or incorrect climate control readings. Replacing it with a GPD sensor helps restore accurate temperature feedback and reliable HVAC operation.
