Febi Oil Filter Housing Cover Cap with O-Ring

The Febi oil filter housing cover cap with O-ring is a replacement oil filter cap (also called an oil filter housing lid or oil filter cover) that seals the top of the oil filter housing on the engine. It keeps the filter element in place and holds oil inside the lubrication circuit. Febi is a well-known OE-quality supplier of replacement parts for European and import vehicles, and this product line follows that approach.

Key Features:

• Replaces the original oil filter housing cap to restore a proper seal
• Supplied with an O-ring to help prevent oil leaks at the housing joint
• Built to hold up to engine heat, oil exposure and repeated filter changes
• Designed to match the original part's fit and function
• Backed by Febi's quality control and testing standards

Replacing a cracked, worn or leaking oil filter cap helps protect the engine from oil loss and low oil pressure. Fitting a new O-ring at each filter service is good practice and helps the housing seal properly. Select the correct child item for your application to get the right part number.
