Febi Oil Separator Crankcase Ventilation Valve

The Febi crankcase ventilation valve and oil separator line is made to manage blow-by gases in the engine's positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) system. These parts are also called PCV valves, crankcase breather valves, or oil separators. They separate oil mist from crankcase vapors before the gases return to the intake. This helps keep oil out of the combustion process and keeps crankcase pressure regulated.

Key Features:

• Regulates crankcase pressure and ventilation to help prevent oil leaks, seal damage, and gasket wear
• Separates oil from blow-by gases to help reduce oil consumption and carbon buildup in the intake
• Helps reduce emissions by routing crankcase vapors back through the engine for combustion
• Made to meet or exceed OE specifications for fit, function, and durability
• Made from materials chosen to withstand heat, oil, and fuel vapors

Febi is a well-known supplier of OE-quality replacement parts for European and import vehicles. It is part of the Bilstein Group and has a reputation for quality control and broad parts coverage. A worn or clogged PCV valve or oil separator can cause rough idle, increased oil consumption, whistling noises, or a check engine light. Replacing it restores proper crankcase ventilation and protects engine components over the long term.
