URO Hood Lift Support Damper Strut

The URO Hood Lift Support Damper Strut (also called a hood strut, hood shock, or hood gas spring) helps raise the hood and hold it open while you work in the engine bay. Gas-charged struts replace worn units that no longer hold the hood up.

Key Features:

• Gas-charged damper design that assists hood opening and controls its movement
• Replacement for worn or weak hood lift supports
• Built to meet the quality standards URO applies to its European vehicle replacement parts
• End fittings designed for straightforward installation with basic hand tools

URO supplies aftermarket replacement parts for European vehicles. A new hood lift support restores easy hood operation and gives you hands-free access for routine maintenance and inspections. Select the correct part number from the options on this page.
