Delphi Downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor

The Delphi downstream heated oxygen sensor, also called a rear O2 sensor or post-catalytic converter oxygen sensor, monitors the oxygen content in the exhaust after the catalytic converter. It sends this data to the engine control module (ECM). The ECM uses it to check catalytic converter efficiency and to help keep emissions in check.
