Gates British Standard Pipe Parallel Cap Adapter

The Gates British Standard Pipe Parallel (BSPP) Cap Adapter line gives hydraulic hoses and fluid-power systems a dependable way to terminate or block off a BSPP female port or fitting. You may also see these parts called BSPP caps, BSP parallel caps, or female BSPP pipe caps. Gates lists the line as international-to-international adapters.

Key Features:

• BSPP thread design: British Standard Pipe Parallel threads have a constant diameter along the thread length. They are common on equipment built to international standards.
• Cap function: Closes off an open BSPP connection. Use it to cap off a line, port, or fitting during service, testing, or system modification.
• Gates quality: Gates is a well-known name in hydraulic hose, couplings, and adapters. The adapters are made to work with Gates international conversion adapters and hydraulic components.
• Replacement use: Suited to standard stock replacement of international-style couplings and fittings in hydraulic systems.
• Multiple sizes: The line is offered in a range of BSPP thread sizes to match different hose and port configurations.

Pick the size that matches your BSPP connection. This gives you a secure, leak-resistant termination in hydraulic and industrial fluid-handling applications.
