Gates Caterpillar Style O-Ring Flange Hydraulic Coupling

Gates Caterpillar Style O-Ring Flange hydraulic couplings (also called CAT-style flange couplings or code 61/62-style O-ring flange hose fittings) are crimp-on hose ends. They connect high-pressure hydraulic hose to flanged ports on heavy equipment. Gates builds them in the USA to hold up in demanding off-highway, construction, mining and industrial hydraulic systems.

Key Features:

• Caterpillar-style O-ring flange end for a leak-resistant connection to flanged hydraulic ports
• Engineered for use with Gates spiral-wire and wire-braid hydraulic hose, depending on the coupling series
• "Bite-the-wire" crimp design on GlobalSpiral couplings for improved coupling retention
• GlobalSpiral couplings tested to 1,000,000 impulse cycles for long service life under pulsing pressure
• Rated for temperatures up to +250°F on GlobalSpiral couplings for longer assembly life
• Zinc-plated carbon steel construction with corrosion-resistant plating
• Available in straight and bent-tube styles to help with hose routing on crowded equipment

Gates is a long-established name in hydraulic hose and couplings. Choose the coupling series and hose that match your system's pressure and impulse requirements, and crimp them with the correct Gates-specified equipment. The result is a dependable hose assembly for replacing worn hydraulic lines on heavy equipment.
