Four Seasons A/C Compressor Kit with Fan Clutch for Dodge Ram

The Four Seasons A/C Compressor Kit with Fan Clutch is an application-specific problem-solving kit for Dodge Ram Cummins diesel trucks. It puts the parts needed for an A/C compressor replacement under one part number. A common cause of compressor failure and weak A/C performance on these trucks is a failed electronic viscous fan clutch, and this kit includes a new fan clutch so that cause is addressed during the repair.

Kit Contents:

• New A/C compressor
• Fan clutch
• Liquid line with orifice tube
• Accumulator
• PAG compressor oil
• Necessary O-rings, gaskets and seals

Benefits:

• Replaces the compressor and related components together, which helps prevent repeat repairs.
• Includes the fan clutch, which is a hard-to-diagnose cause of compressor failure on these applications.
• Saves sourcing parts separately, because the kit is sold under a single part number.

Four Seasons also recommends replacing the condenser on vehicles newer than 2001 when doing this repair. Use a scan tool to check for codes set by the electronic viscous fan clutch.
