ACDelco Spring Lower Insulator

The ACDelco Coil Spring Lower Insulator (also called a lower spring isolator, spring seat insulator or coil spring pad) sits between the bottom of the coil spring and the spring seat in the suspension. It helps keep the spring correctly seated and cushions the contact between metal surfaces.

Key Features:

• Isolates the coil spring from the spring seat to help reduce noise, vibration and harshness transmitted into the chassis
• Helps keep the coil spring positioned and stable during suspension travel
• Helps prevent metal-to-metal contact and wear at the spring seat
• Made from durable, flexible material designed to hold up to road conditions and repeated suspension cycling
• Supplied by ACDelco, the GM-affiliated parts brand known for replacement parts built to OE-style standards

Replacing a worn, cracked or compressed lower insulator when servicing struts or springs helps restore ride quality, reduce suspension noise and protect related components. Choose the individual part number that matches your application.
