ACDelco Stop Lamp Switch Assembly

The ACDelco Stop Lamp Switch Assembly, also called a brake light switch or brake lamp switch, turns on your vehicle's brake lights when you press the brake pedal. It also sends a pedal-position signal that other vehicle systems can use. A working switch keeps the brake lights reliable, and that helps drivers behind you see when you slow down or stop.

Key Features:

• Engineered by ACDelco, a brand with a long history as a General Motors parts supplier
• Switches the brake lights on and off in response to brake pedal movement
• Designed for consistent electrical contact and dependable operation
• Built as a direct-replacement part to restore original function
• Replaces worn or failing switches that cause brake lights that stay on, don't light, or work only some of the time

Replacing a faulty stop lamp switch helps the brake lights work properly. It can also help prevent related problems, such as a no-start condition or cruise control that doesn't work. Pick the child item that matches your application to get the correct part.
