ACDelco Rear Drum Brake Spring Kit

The ACDelco Rear Drum Brake Spring Kit is a drum brake hardware kit. It helps restore proper shoe retraction and positioning in the rear drum brake assembly. Springs weaken, stretch, and corrode over time. When they do, the result can be dragging shoes, uneven lining wear, noise, or a weak pedal feel. Replacing the springs along with the brake shoes is a common way to bring the rear brakes back to proper function.

Key Features:

• Designed to restore proper shoe return and hold-down function in the rear drum brake assembly
• Helps promote even shoe wear and consistent brake release
• Backed by ACDelco, GM's original equipment parts brand, and its reputation for quality and dependability
• Suited to brake service and maintenance when rear brake shoes are replaced
• Available in multiple part numbers to match different applications

Fresh springs help the rear brakes work as intended. Replacing them during a rear drum brake job helps keep braking smooth and consistent.
