ACDelco Professional Crankshaft Position Sensor

The ACDelco Professional Crankshaft Position Sensor (also called a crank sensor or engine speed sensor) monitors crankshaft rotation and sends that data to the engine control module. The ECM uses the signal to time ignition and fuel injection accurately, so the engine starts easily, idles smoothly and runs efficiently.

Key Features:

• Designed to meet or exceed OE form, fit and function requirements for dependable performance
• Provides a precise crankshaft speed and position signal for proper spark and fuel timing
• Built to hold up to engine heat, vibration and exposure to oil and road contaminants
• Part of the ACDelco Professional line, backed by the ACDelco brand's long history as a GM parts supplier
• Helps resolve symptoms of a failing sensor, such as hard starting, stalling, rough running, misfires and a check engine light

Replacing a worn or failed crankshaft position sensor restores accurate engine timing data and helps bring back drivability and fuel economy. Choose the child part number that matches your application.
