ACDelco Engine Coolant Thermostat Water Inlet Assembly

The ACDelco Engine Coolant Thermostat Water Inlet Assembly (also called a thermostat housing or coolant outlet housing) helps regulate engine operating temperature. It routes coolant between the engine and the radiator and houses the thermostat that controls coolant flow. A properly working assembly supports efficient warm-up, steady engine temperatures and dependable cooling system performance.

Key Features:

• Assembly design provides a coolant passage and a mounting point for the thermostat
• Built to meet ACDelco's quality standards for fit, form and function
• Helps maintain the correct operating temperature for the engine and cooling system
• Helps prevent coolant leaks and overheating caused by a cracked, corroded or worn housing
• Direct-replacement design for straightforward installation

ACDelco is General Motors' parts brand and has a long history of supplying replacement components for domestic and import vehicles. Replacing a worn thermostat housing assembly helps restore cooling system performance. For best results, replace the gaskets or seals and refill the system with fresh coolant during installation.
